Dear Stingray Families,

Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond to our recent polls and share their feedback. We heard that many of our families will need additional flexibility this year, while others prefer a later start, particularly for the youngest swimmers. Based on the input we received, we have adjusted the morning practice schedule to provide more flexibility (see the schedule links below). We recognize this is a shift from what many are used to, but we believe this adjustment will better accommodate our community's diverse needs. Our goal is to support as many families as possible, and we appreciate your flexibility as we try out this new format.

We’re also excited to announce that registration is now open! As mentioned in our HVSC end-of-year newsletter, you’ll notice some updates in the process. Please note that to receive the multi-swimmer discount, all swimmers must be registered using the same registration.

Be sure to register early so you don’t miss out! The deadline to order personalized swim caps is May 16^th – this is only impacts cap orders. We will send a reminder for this date and the registration closing as time approaches!

• April 26 at 6:30 PM – Back-to-Pool Information Session - Zoom Meeting - Learn more about what's in store for the upcoming season and meet our Swim Team and Lil' Ray coaches. We will provide a recording later for those who can't make it.
• May 18 from 11 AM–3 PM:  Meet the Coaches Open House + SuitUp Team Suit Fitting—In person at the pool from 11 AM-1 PM. You can purchase your suit through our suit vendor (SuitUp) online or at their location if you cannot make it to the event.
