Good morning, Stingray Families! 

We’re looking forward to capturing great memories at our upcoming Team Photo Day! Please review the schedule below so your swimmer(s) can arrive on time and participate in their group and individual photos. The timeline has changed from previous years, as we are mindful of campers, return-to-office policies, and other family restrictions you have communicated to us over the last few weeks.

All swimmers and divers should wear their red Stingray team shirt for photos. Lil Rays should wear their navy blue shirt.

📸 Photo Day Schedule – Thursday, 6/26 

• 7:00 AM – Individual & Sibling Photos begin (2 stations: Ladder Shallow End + Backdrop) 
• 8:00 AM – Divers gather at dive well
• 8:10 AM – Dive Team Photo
• 8:15 AM – Lil Rays gather at the shallow end 
• 8:30 AM – Lil Rays Photo
• 8:25 AM – Swim Team begins lining up
• 8:45 AM – Full Swim Team Photo
• 9:00–10:45 AM – Individual & Sibling Photos continue (2 stations)
• 11:00 AM – Pool opens

🍩 Donuts will be served by the Stingray cafe once the team photos are complete!
