Hey Stingray Families!

While we didn't come out on top in Saturday's A-meet against Little Hunting Park, we saw so many incredible swims with countless time drops across all age groups! The team energy was absolutely fantastic, and it truly showcased our spirit. We are incredibly proud of everyone's sportsmanship as well, a great continuation from last weekend.

Now, let's carry that momentum into another exciting week, packed with meets, team fun, and social events!

Here's what's happening this week:

• Monday, June 23rd: Home Developmental (B) Meet vs. Rolling Valley
  • HV warm-ups start at 5:35 PM (meet begins at 6:30 PM)
  • Important: It's going to be a very hot day, so please bring plenty of water to stay hydrated!
• Tuesday, June 24th: Team Tuesday - Movie Day!
  • Our first Team Tuesday!
  • Rising 6th graders and younger: Movie Day at 10:20 AM at University Mall to see the new Lilo and Stitch!

• Wednesday, June 25th: Rally in the Alley (12 & Under Relays)
  • Located at Orange Hunt Pool.
  • Any swimmer under 12 can enter a relay, and there will also be parent relays as well!
  • Please declare your participation by tonight, Sunday, June 22nd, at 11:59 PM.
• Thursday, June 26th: NO PRACTICE - Picture Day!
  • An email with the full timeline for Picture Day has been sent to all members today, so please check your emails to find out when to arrive!

• Friday, June 27th: Pep Rally
  • Our next pep rally theme is, (drum roll please), "Celeb Showdown!"
  • Swimmers, please come dressed like your favorite celebrity on Friday at 6:45 and be prepared to use your vocals!
  • As always, we will be recognizing our Swimmer of the Week and Spirit Award recipients
• Saturday, June 28th: Away A Meet vs. Fair Oaks
  • Specific warm-up and meet times to be confirmed and will be sent out later this week.
  • Reminder: Saturday morning, we will meet again for our caravan, so please be there to decorate cars and pump up our team spirit!
  • Team Lunch: Join us at Silver Diner of Fair Lakes (12251 Fair Lakes Pkwy, Fairfax, VA 22033) after the meet!
  • TO ALL: We appreciate all our swimmers staying for the entirety of the meet to cheer on their teammates and support the team.

Although this upcoming week is full of exciting events and activities, we want to stress the importance of staying hydrated and healthy with the temperature forecast for the next few days.
