Dear Stingray Parents,

We’re still looking for 4 volunteers for tomorrow’s meet: 2 Relay Take-Off Judges, 1 timer, and 1 floater. These are simple but important roles, no training required, you can do them even if you’re brand new. Timers just start and stop a stopwatch and they work in teams of 3, so you’ll be paired with experienced timers. For relay take-off judges, you’ll just be observing the incoming swimmer’s hand touch and the outgoing swimmer’s feet during takeoff. If you can, please Sign up here

• Team Pep Rally – Celebrity Showdown theme tonight at 6:45 PM – Come dressed like your favorite celebrity and be prepared to use your vocals!
• A meet Swimmers and anyone planning to come cheer, tomorrow Saturday, meet at the HV parking lot at 7:15am for swimmer check-in with coaches. If you are NOT joining the team caravan and plan to meet us at Fair Oaks, please let us know.
• Team Lunch after tomorrow’s meet will be at Silver Diner of Fair Lakes (12251 Fair Lakes Pkwy, Fairfax, VA 22033) – All swimmers and families are welcome!
