Our end-of-the-year party is just around the corner. If you haven't RSVP for the event, please take a quick moment and do so.

We’re looking forward to celebrating a fantastic season with all of you this Sunday evening! Here are the key details.

🌀 Weather Plan

We’re keeping a close eye on the forecast. If needed, we may shift portions of the evening to separate areas of the deck to avoid bad weather. We’ll keep everyone updated.

🛠 Setup & Table Selection

Thank you to those who signed up to help with setup! As a thank-you, setup volunteers will have the opportunity to choose their table for the evening presentations.

Please note: Any personal items left on tables before setup will be moved to the pavilion. There are no saved or held tables—selection happens after setup is complete.

🏊 Pool Access During the Event

The pool will remain open to all club members during our celebration. We kindly ask non-event patrons to use the side deck or patio areas so the Swim & Dive Team can gather near the main deck and pavilion.

🏆 Awards & Slideshow Schedule

• Dive Awards & Slideshow (estimated 6:15-6:45)
  We'll begin with the Dive Team, so any tired dive divisional participants from that morning can leave early if needed. The dive slideshow will be under the pavilion to allow us to use the projector before sunset.
• Swim Awards (estimated 6:45-7:45)
  After dive awards we will setup and we will end our event h our Senior Recognition and Swim Team Slideshow.

A detailed run-of-show will be sent in a follow-up email later this week.

🍰 Dessert (6:00–7:00 PM)

We’ll be serving cake and ice cream sundaes under the pavilion.
Parents—if you’d like to contribute, ice cream toppings to share with teammates are always appreciated!

🌊 Night Swim (Until 10:00 PM)

We’ll end the night with one last swim under the lights!
