🙏Thank you to everyone who helped make Swim Divisionals a success today!

It was a major undertaking, but thanks to your support, everything ran smoothly—and we’ve received wonderful feedback from our division teams and coordinators. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

Your time and effort are deeply appreciated! 

🎉We’re looking forward to celebrating the end of a fantastic season together this Sunday! The weather is looking great, so we are planning to kick things off at 6:00 PM as scheduled.

Here’s the updated 🗓️Run of Show for the evening:

4:30–6:00 PM – Setup

Thank you to everyone who signed up to help with setup and dessert service! As a token of our appreciation, families who have signed in the event jobs with setup will be able to reserve a table for the evening.

Please note: any personal items left on the back deck will be moved to the pavilion—there is no saving of tables in that area. We anticipate ample seating for everyone. The pool will remain open to members during the event, and patrons are encouraged to use the small side deck.

6:00–7:00 PM – Desserts at the Pavilion
We'll be serving cake and ice cream sundaes! The first 20 minutes will be reserved for the Dive Team so they can enjoy dessert before their awards ceremony begins.
Families are encouraged to bring a shareable topping!

6:15–6:45 PM – Dive Team Awards

6:45–7:45 PM (approx.) – Swim Team Awards

7:45–8:45 PM – Music, Swim & Cool Off

8:45 PM – End-of-Season Slideshow

8:55–10:00 PM – Night Swim

10:00 PM – Event Ends

We can’t wait to celebrate all of our amazing swimmers, divers, coaches, and families!
