Dear Hunt Valley Families,

We’re thrilled to announce that registration is now open for the Hunt Valley Stingray Winter Swim Program at South Run REC Center!

Whether your child is focused on swimming or participates in multiple sports, Stingray is the perfect way to keep them active, in the water, and loving every minute of it. This program is designed to maintain swim skills, build endurance, and, most importantly, have fun!

Meet Our New Head Coach - Brian Filler
We’re excited to welcome Coach Brian as our new Head Coach for the 2025 season! Brian is not only a proud parent of Stingray (Bennett) and Lil Ray (Leon), but also brings a deep coaching background as a former Lakenheath Barracuda Assistant Coach and Stuttgart Piranha Head Coach in the European Forces Swim League, where he also began his competitive swimming career. His approach emphasizes discipline, development, and fun, striking the perfect balance for off-season growth. With Brian’s guidance, our winter swimmers will stay on track and be prepared for the next summer season. He is also excited to mentor the next generation of coaches and leaders.

Fall & Spring Session Info

Location: South Run REC Center
Time: SUNDAYS, 7:00 – 8:00 PM

Fall Session:
• Dates: September 7 – December 21
• No Swim Dates: November 30
• Must be 5 years old by September 7, 2025

Spring Session:
• Begins: January 11, 2026 - May 17, 2026
• No Swim Dates: February 8, April 5
• Must be 5 years old by January 1, 2026

Cost: $260 per swimmer, per session

Limited Space – Register Early!
We’re only offering 35 slots per session, so be sure to sign up early! This program offers exceptional value and is an excellent way for swimmers to stay in shape and stay connected with the sport during the off-season.

Important Notes:
• Open to swimmers ages 5–18
• Priority given to ages 5–10
• Participants must be members of Hunt Valley Swim Club

This is a fantastic opportunity to keep your swimmer engaged, improve technique, and most importantly, stay in love with the water.
