As we begin preparing for the upcoming season, we are excited to open applications for Lane Coach and Lil’ Rays Coach positions for swimmers age 14 and older.

These roles are an important part of the Hunt Valley Stingrays program. Our teen coaches help support the coaching staff, assist with younger practice groups, and serve as positive role models for developing swimmers across the team.

We will also offer teen volunteer opportunities for swimmers age 14+. This program was very successful during the winter swim program, and we look forward to continuing it this summer. Volunteers will complete the same short application so we can better understand availability and interests.

Applications are open through March 29.

Returning coaches in good standing from the 2025 summer season have been contacted and will receive priority consideration as staffing is finalized. Additional roles will be filled based on team needs, availability, and experience working with younger swimmers in consultation with the Head Coaches of each program.
