    Happy Hump Day, Stingrays! Reminders for Swim Pals, Time Trials, Suit Swap & Fundraiser Dinner

    June 10th

    Good morning, Stingrays, and happy hump day!

    A couple of important reminders:

    🤝 Swim Pals Registration Reminder — Due Tonight, June 10, by Midnight
    The deadline to sign up for our Swim Pals program is tonight at midnight. Swim Pals is a fun team tradition that pairs younger and older swimmers together to build friendships, check out the link above for more info and sign-up form. 

    🏊 Time Trials Declaration Reminder — Due Today by 7:00 PM
    Please remember to declare your swimmer’s availability for Time Trials on Saturday, June 13, in SwimTopia. Time Trials provide our coaches with important baseline times and help prepare swimmers for the upcoming meet season. We encourage all eligible swimmers to participate.

    If you are new to the team, have questions for the coaches, or are unsure about your swimmer’s events, please add a note in the declaration comments so the coaches can review.

    🥪 Fundraiser Dinner Plate Reminder — Steak & Cheese Sandwiches - 6/10
    Join us for our next fundraiser dinner plate featuring steak & cheese sandwiches! Dinner plate sales help support team activities, equipment, swimmer events, and special traditions throughout the season. Sales start around 5:30pm by Stingray Cafe. Thank you for continuing to support the Hunt Valley Stingrays.

    đź‘™ Reminder: Prep your swimsuit Swap During Time Trials - Prep 
    We will also have a swimsuit swap/sale during Time Trials on Saturday.

    If you would like to sell any old practice suits or swim gear, please place each item in a Ziploc bag labeled with the following information on the outside of the bag:

    • Size
    • Price
    • Your name
    • Your Venmo/Paypal information

    Please note that no credit cards will be accepted for swimsuit swap/sale items.

    Items can be dropped off under the pavilion before the meet. 
    There will be a table ready. Please come back at the end of the meet to pick up any remaining suits or gear. A volunteer will be monitoring the sales as items are purchased.
