Picture Day is coming up! Please review the timeline and ordering instructions carefully so the morning runs smoothly for our swimmers, divers, families, volunteers, and the photographer.

We know the schedule is early, but this helps us make sure every athlete has the opportunity to get their photo taken while also helping us avoid the hottest part of the day.

What to Wear

For the team photo, swimmers and divers should wear their navy blue team T-shirt.

For individual or sibling photos, athletes may wear either their navy blue team T-shirt or their bathing suit.

Picture Day Timeline

WED 6/24 8:30–9:00 AM — Setup (Bleachers) NIGHT BEFORE

7:30 AM — Dive Team Arrival

7:45 AM - Swim Team Arrival

7:45 AM — Dive Team Photo
Dive Team photos will be taken by the dive well.

8:15 AM — Swim Team Photo
The Swim Team photo will be taken on the bleachers. Parent volunteers will help line everyone up by height while Dive Team pictures are being taken.

8:30–10:00 AM — Individual & Sibling Photos
Individual and sibling photos will be taken during this time. There will be three photo areas to help keep the line moving. Lil’ Rays may join during this time for individual and/or sibling photos.

After pictures are taken, the team will receive a small treat.

How to Order Photos

All photo orders must be placed online through Olson Photography’s website.

Families may pre-order online until Wednesday night, or they may wait and complete the form during their photo time. Either method is fine.

If you pre-order, you will receive an order number by email. Please bring that order number with you and provide it to the photographer for individual and/or sibling photos.

If you do not pre-order, the photographer will provide the necessary form on Picture Day.

• Child’s first and last name
• Team Name
• Coach Name

The appointment time listed in the system is only an estimate. It does not reserve a specific photo time or spot in line.

Swimmers Who Also Dive

If your athlete is both a swimmer and a diver, you must place two separate orders if you would like both team photos:

1. One order for Swim Team
2. One order for Dive Team

This ensures your athlete is included correctly with both team photos.

Makeup Picture Day

Makeup Picture Day will be July 10 in the morning, after the Lil’ Rays team photo is taken. More information will be shared as we get closer to that date.

Parent Volunteers

We are still looking for a few parent volunteers to help with Picture Day. We would greatly appreciate help with setup the night before, morning setup, assisting families with forms, helping chaperone and line up athletes, and handing out the small team treat after photos.
