    Good morning Stingray Families,

    Tonight our Stingrays head on the road to take on Fairfax Station for our second Developmental Meet of the season! We are looking forward to another evening of racing, cheering, and team spirit --- MINION THEME Continued!

    NOON TODAY, Sunday 6/28 - Last reminder for declaring your swimmer and events / or check the events. If your swimmer swam on Saturday they cannot swim those events on Monday. 

    Please review the information below carefully before heading to the pool.

    Opponent: Fairfax Station

    Location: 6203 Old Arrington Lane, Fairfax Station, VA 22039

    Directions:
    Fairfax Station is located near the corner of Route 123 (Ox Road) and Fairfax County Parkway. Turn onto Robert Carter Road and the pool entrance will be on the right in approximately Β½ mile.

    Our team area is located under a large shaded mushroom umbrella and Fairfax Station has chairs available for our swimmers.

    β›Ί Our team will have additional two 10x10 tents to provide additional shade for the team area

    Please help keep walkways clear and leave space for swimmers and volunteers to move safely throughout the meet.

    πŸš— Parking

    Fairfax Station has generously opened their parking lot for our team.

    If the lot becomes full, additional parking is available on nearby neighborhood streets.

    Please remember to:

    βœ… Do not block driveways

    βœ… Do not block mailboxes

    βœ… Observe all posted No Parking signs

    🌦️ Weather Reminder

    Summer weather can change quickly.

    Unless there is lightning or another safety concern, we plan to swim. Please come prepared with:

    β˜” Umbrellas or rain jackets

    Every developmental meet is an opportunity for swimmers to gain experience, improve their times, and have fun racing with their teammates!

    If your Swim Pal is attending tonight's meet, be sure to bring their goodie bag and exchange it before or after the meet.

    As a Safe Sport best practice, please do not take photos or videos from behind swimmers at the starting end of the pool during 25-meter events.

    Please use designated spectator areas and avoid blocking officials, timers, coaches, or volunteers.
