🌟 What an incredible weekend for Hunt Valley! 🌟

🏊Congratulations to all our Divisional swimmers, and thank you for representing Hunt Valley with such determination, sportsmanship, and incredibly fast swims!

⭐We are also thrilled to share some exciting news: 12 Hunt Valley swimmers have qualified for the Individual All-Star Meet! With swimmers competing in multiple events, Hunt Valley will be represented by at least 16 splashes! Congratulations to our All-Star swimmers—we are so proud of you!

🎊 End-of-Year Party — Tonight!

All swimmers, divers, Lil’ Rays, and families who have not already started their summer vacations are invited to join us tonight for our End-of-Year Party!

⏰ Arrival and gathering: 6:00 PM
🏆 Awards begin: 6:15 PM 

🪑 Please remember to bring a chair or two, as seating is limited. We have a very large team, so get cozy, share tables, and make some new friends—you will likely see many of these families again next season!

🛠️ Setup

For those who volunteered to help with setup, thank you so much! We will begin setting up between 4:45 and 5:00 PM.

The pool will remain open to regular patrons during setup, so please do your best to arrive during that timeframe and be mindful of the available space.

🏆 Awards and Evening Activities

The Dive Team will begin the awards ceremony at approximately 6:15 PM, followed by the Swim Team.

We know we have a large team, and we will do our best to keep the ceremony moving while still recognizing and celebrating our swimmers and divers.

🏊 We will include breaks for fun swim throughout the evening and conclude the night with our season slideshow once it is dark. 🎬

🌤️ The weather is expected to be cooler than usual, so please bring extra towels and something warm for your swimmers to wear after they get out of the pool.

🍽️ Food and Desserts

Please bring dinner for your family to enjoy on deck.

Before the ceremony begins, we will have small desserts available under the pavilion, including:

🍨 Ice cream cups
🧊 Freeze pops
🍪 Cookies

🧹 Cleanup

Cleanup will begin around 9:45–10:00 PM. Thank you in advance to everyone who stays to help us return the pool and pavilion to order.
